F form in case of non taxable goods branch transfer

This query is : Resolved

04 September 2013 When a company transfers non taxable goods to its branch in another state and branch does not provide f form. Whether this will attract any penalty?

04 September 2013 Non-taxable is different from exemption. If the product transferred is generally exempted there is no question of getting either C or F form for interstate movement. There is no penalty.

If it is non-taxable, with a condition, the C/F forms are required to be submitted.
