i had taken excess leave of 10months...

so is it necessary to fill extention form...?

n can i take secondment fr this 10months after filing extention form ??

19 June 2011 yes you have to fill extension form for the excess leaves, and no need to go for secondment, you can serve your extension period under any CA

20 June 2011 you didn't get me, you can serve extension period with any CA , than why you need secondment
