Can we expect an extension for filing of ITR for A Y 2014-15 since the date for obtaining and filing of Tax Audit Report has been extended to 30.11.2014.

ideally there should be an extension since filing of tax audit report precedes the filing of tax return.

writ petition has been filed in guj hc by 1 of ca so for the same
