Export to Nepal isnot counted as "Export". You have to make the invoice in the format "Nepal invoice" as per central excise act.If you are exporting from a company registered under excise, please fill are-1, shipping bill and Nepal invoice. If you are not a registered dealer in excise, ARE-1 is not required. Is the export in rupees or convertible foreign exchange?
