02 September 2013 My Client received work order for data processing from USA & my client process the data online at his office ( i.e. in NOIDA)

Client send the bill to USA via mail & receives the payment in USD $ . Will this be covered under Export of Service.

03 September 2013 Even if you have received the payment in USD, service tax will by payable in this services because place of provision of online information and data access services shall be the location of the service provider.
