We are a manufacturer & exporter of automotive componenets. Recently we have started export of a new product. H.S.Code is 94019000.

Please confirm can we get any benefit under Chaptor 3.

18 July 2012 in the light of Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014,after checking found that this item doesn't occurs in Chapter-3 incentive.

hence no incentive available on this product

suggest

if you mentioned other Handicraft products on your export invoices then may be liable for taking incentive.
