    dear sir, our company is in the business of trading in shares for the f y 07-08 we had purchased certain development right (agreement unregistered) and after some time the owner like to sell the same to 3rd party we have mutualy dicuss the same and the 3rd party had compansated us and the fresh agreement between 3 of us made in which we had rec the compansation for relinquishment of our right... now tell me under which head of income this compansation should be shown..... weather this compansation can be adjusted agst our business of shares (F&O) ?
