    Hello...... .. I'm confused about PCC or IPCC ,,,actualy i m goin to sit in PCC NoV09 ... Recently Institute has given option to convert into IPCC...There is saving of 6 months and benifit of practicle subject lik Accounts is of 200 marks.....and also Updated curriculam if we go for conversion...... But still people are saying there wil be tuff compitition in IPCC as highest students will sit in this exam in history of ICAI........ may be it matter....and also we hav to giv one additional exam also...... Sooo............plz...guide .....wheather to convert or not........... Thanks for givin ur valuable time......

    I have one quarry with reference to above subject which I can explain with following example, Xyz is private ltd company which is acquired by another Company (Abc) and converted in to public ltd co. at the time of acquisition they did not distributed the pre acquisition profit and after the acquisition they(xyz ,old share holders ) wont the pre acquisition profit, is there any way to distribute such profit to old share holders only apart from taking approval form Central Governmen
