Good Evening sir... We have created Charge on immovable property on 22/11/2012 and filed FORM-8 on 08/01/2013 with normal fee.As there was delay in filing form 8, is there any necessity for filing Petition to CLB? Please tel me the procedural steps to be followed. Thanks & Regards Chandana

hi ours is a organisation with 50 plus employee and throughout India we have sales staff who visits colleges as even develop our own e learning syllabus and the sales staff will sell the product at colleges my query is can those sales persons can be given authority hold of rubber stamp with full address of registered address and can we make multiple rubber stamp to use in sales as some times the sales persons has to decide on the spot if those persons uses rubber stamp thus any legal problem will arise as per companies act is there any problems

Sir, The affidavit required while applying for din is to be given by foreign national also.. if yes can it be on plane paper (not on stamp paper)
