I have completed my Bcom with 80%. I have a query on Direct entry scheme to IPCC. If I register for IPCC can I complete my articleship first before writing IPCC exams or is it mandatory to write exams during the period of articleship ? Will there be clash between coaching classes and articleship ? Pls reply.

There is a Public Ltd., having more than 5 Crores as Authorised Capital. It has two Subsidiary Companies which are Pvt Ltd Companies in which the Public Ltd. companies hold 98% and another 100% shareholding. The Managing Director in Public Ltd., is also a Director in these two Pvt Ltd., Companies. Neither the Managing Director nor his relatives Hold any shares in these two Pvt Ltd., Companies. By virtue of the MD in Public Ltd., Company he is a director in these two subsdiary companies. He does not have any personal interest nor he draws any salary or any monetary benefit from these pvt Ltd. Companies. The question is 1) Should the Public Ltd., seek Central Govt Approval u/s 297(1) of the Companies Act since the MD does not have any personal interest in these two Pvt Ltd., 2) Can we say that the Pvt Ltd., companies are deemed public companies and hence the Provisions of Sec.297(1)is not applicable. Hi I get transferred from PCC to IPCC in December 2009. Is there was any provision that time to continue the articleship without clearing Group 1. Earlier i have Completed my articleship Of 1 year. After i got transferred i had continued my training without clearing group 1. Is my training done after transfer is valid or not?

pls help me sir, If ABC Pvt. Ltd.is new Co. & M/s xyz (firm) is sister concerns.when opening the bank a/c cash .Rs.10000 & Rs.300000 is deposited in pvt.ltd.Co's bank a/c on same day & bank time is closed. Is it ok for opening bank a/c for pvt. ltd. or what can do .
