My books of account have audit u/s 44 AB.I purchase second hand computer from friend as personal assets and not record it in my books of account for Rs.10000.00 I pay every year Rs.3000.00 as Annual Fees as software use for my recording my business transaction . Can i claim expenses of Rs.3000.00 while computing business Income

you can show the computer in business then exp related to computer also can charge in P/l a/c or you can take bill of accounts maintains charges bill from the vendor and book the exp. in profit and loss account.
