21 March 2009 PLEASE REFER RULE 6DD EXCEPTION OF SECTION 40A(3) OF THE INCOME TAX ACT. IF THE PAYMENT U R REFERRING FALLS UNDER EXCEPTION AS MENTIONED IN RULE 6DD THAT NO DISALLOWANCE IS MADE.
