27 June 2014 expence above 20000 or 40000 in cash on sunday(bank holiday) is this expence is allowed or not as per income tax

27 June 2014 only if it can be established it was necessary to make the said payment on a sunday! otherwise no...

27 June 2014 you have to prove that exp. payment will be necessary on that date otherwise not allowed.
