07 December 2012 Dear sir/madam, I have a query regarding service tax exemption notification 6/2005, that this is available for one FY only or for any subsequent year when in c/y taxable service value is less than 10.00 lacs...

As long as your previous FY value of taxable service provided is less than 10L, you enjoy exemption in current year.

so it is not restricted to one year..

So once ur current fy value of service provided exceeds 10 l u have to pay ST in current year & next year also.
