13 August 2014 dear sir, I just wanted to knw the procedure for availing exemption of excise duty on exported goods,if excise duty is levied on the same goods if sold within the country. plz let me knw the procedure with applicable sections.

14 August 2014 You can export the goods under rule 19 without payment of duty and under rule 18 you can apply for rebate.
