i am a b.com 2nd year student and i have already given cpt exam but couldn't cleared it. and i just read in article of times of India that a new rule has started. one can even appear for ipcc exam directly after completing 2yrs of graduation course.
Sir please inform me whether this news is true or not..

actually i confirmed it from some other CAs too, they told me that this is a new rule but its yet to be passed by parliment.. n anywaz thanks a lot.
