Your question is not clear... If you get exemption in one paper you cannot change the option. And i guess the next paper in Nov 2009 will be the last attempt for ur exemption carry forward.
I think you have an option to forego exemption but cannot shift.
If you already have two exemptions then all you have to do is pass in the balance 2 papers as your total is already above 120 and for passing u require only 200. So balance 80 in 2 subjects is not impossible.

yes, exemption is valid for 3 successive attempts, its gud u had exemption in accounts which is valid till nov,09. Now, u have got exemptin in MAFA also.
so next time u have a golden chance with just 2 papers to clear.
There is nothing like shifting exemption in other subject.

He shall be declared to have passed in that group if he secures at one sitting a minimum of 40 per cent. marks in each of such papers and a minimum of 50 per cent. of the total marks of all papers of that group including the paper or papers in which he had secured a minimum of 60 per cent. marks in the earlier examination referred to above. He shall not be eligible for any further exemption in the remaining paper(s) of that group until he has exhausted the exemption already granted to him in that group.”;
This is the section description given in CA rules.It clearly states that , student cannot avail one more exemption until the previous exemption limit is exhauested. So my question was , in nov 2009 Attempt can i opt for MAFA as exemption instead of Accounts. My last chance for exemption of account is in Nov'09 attempt.
If you say that in next attempt i have to appear for only 2 subjects,Please let me know where can i find the rule regarding the same published by the institute.
