Hi, I want to know that whether 100% EOU set up under STPI Scheme is exempted from service tax if there is any exemption available to 100% EOU,kindly help me by mentioning the specific provision of service tax Act.

Liable for service tax for services provided locally. If export then verification of conditions under export of service rules 2005 important.
