14 August 2012 If we import of service vide exhibition out side india and service provider has no PE in india in this whether service tax liability arise on import of service or this services exempted from service tax.

14 August 2012 These service could fall under event related services and since the event is outside India i.e taxable territory, no service tax would be applicable.
