Exemption for trust

I am engaged with the Mission Hospital, which is a Trust. We are importing a Cath Lab Machine from US. It is our first import transection. I want to know that is there any exemption or benefit for the trust in this import transection ??

27 August 2012 AS PER FOREIGN TRADE POLICY 2009-2014 PARA 2.8(B)[11]in this scenario charitable Trust / individual / Registered NGO'S are exempt from CUSTOM DUTY under Notification Issued by ministry of Finance for Bonafide Used by victims affected by natural calamity.
