19 February 2010 What are the documentory proofs required to submit to claim the same. If suppose some one is not having any proofs like agreement then rent receipts will do.

19 February 2010 The proof required depends on the Internal policy of the company.

Generally the Original Rent receipts for 12 months are sufficient.
