We are a Section 25 company. We are creating a University for Master's program. But before doing that we are conducting one certificate course of 7 days for the graduate, post-graduate and qualified professions in December and charging the course fees. Are we going to come under Service Tax Net?

please look at the deifntion of commercial coaching centre. If you are excluded then as a service provider you would not be alible. if not then liable as the course is a taxable service.
