I heard 9th april onwards get admission for graduates but i have already registered cpt and i attend exam also but i couldn't clear it now i will get admission for direct ipcc? pls clarify my doubt and tell me is it true 9th april cpt exemption will approved....

No such date has been finalised for announcement. So better u prepare well for cpt.
