07 May 2010 sir i was unable to attend my first paper of IPCC - accounting , because of being out of India.
& i m sure i m able to get exemption in law & taxation .
my query is that will my exemption be counted for the next examination.

reply is requested as soon as possible as it is about my carrier & time.

07 May 2010 in my opinion, if u get 60% marks or more in any paper to can get exemption.

other experts views is solicited.

07 May 2010 Agreed. If you get 60% or more in any subject you get the exemption from regiving that paper. However, this exemption remains valid only for the next three attempts.
