05 July 2014 i want to ask that a school is exempt from service tax but services received like security guards & some repair and maintainence are also exempt or not.

05 July 2014 they have to pay to service provider as per claimed by him in his invoice

actually I have read the notification
as per that only education/skill/knowledge related srrvices are expemt but my employer dont understand that fact
