17 July 2014 cenvat & excise vat means both same ?

i have one doubt please calrify...

i purchased one excise stock from manufacture 10 units @150rs and duties he charged 180 total.

now iam selling same stock with @180rs per unit.
now i need to pass same duties...? means i need to pass only 180rs as execise duties.. please help me.

17 July 2014 YES, YOU HAVE TO PASS OUT ONLY THAT AMOUNT OF DUTY WHICH YOU HAVE PAID AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE OF GOODS.
