hi, can any body please tell me that what is an excise verification certificate

Excise verification certificate is as follows depends on sthe scope of reporting
1) to certify that closing balance as per return are as per books only.
2) to certify that closing balance shown in return has been correctly computed
3) to certify that all paymnets persuant to excise liability have been paid.
or combination of all of the above.
