Dear Experts, We are registered in excise having turnover 1.6 crore, plzz let me know am i not liable to charge excise upto 4 crore.....

You have to charge excise duty when your turnover exceed 1.5 Cr. & If your turnover less than 4 CR in previous year then you can avail SSI exemption. Once your turnover exceed 4 Cr then you are not liable for SSI exemption.
