We are mfg, after registration in excise which return i will have to file weather ER-1 or ER-3,

04 December 2015 If you are availing the SSI exemption then ER-3 and normal assessee can filed ER-1 return.

05 December 2015 Sir, our turnover is 1.5% crore. Do we need to file ER-1 or ER-3.
