04 May 2013 A company which export his goods through Marchant Exporter is required to take Excise Registration or not.

What change if company makes direct export.

04 May 2013 If domestic clearance is not more than 1.5cr then no need to registered with excise. you can do the direct export or through merchant exporter. No need to registered with excise.
