Please tell me we have supplied material to paty and raised excise invoice but rate charge is less. after few days we issued the supplementary invoice and charge difference rate on it.in this can we issue debit note instead of supplementary invoice.

Yes, you can issue debit not only remaining balance of duty you can issue supplementary invoice.
