21 February 2014 Dear Experts,

We have imported the materials directly to our job worker place for jobworks. and now we are receiving the materials on part lot wise from job worker place.

In the above case i want to know that what is the documentation we need to do and how can we book purchases in our system and when we can avail the cenvat .

23 February 2014 You can send the goods directly from buyer premises to jobworker premises. The supplier will raise the goods to your name as buyer, and show jobworker as consignee. Simultaneously make the jobwork challan in the favour of job worker and send to him. After received the material from jobworker, take credit.
