do we need to charge the excise duty in excise invoice on clearance of goods under rule 19, plz reply soon.....

13 December 2015 No need to show excise duty in excisable invoice if you have to cleared the goods under rule 19 of central excise rules 2002. Only you need to show duty on ARE-1.
