Excise duty sale of capital goods

02 April 2013 Dear sir,
Our company purchased a machinery in 10 june-10. We credit taken it. but in this time we want to sale it so pls tell or suggest me how i calculate duty on remove of this machinery. Pls Send me calculation it.

09 April 2013 Cenvat credit originally taken on the capital goods is reduced by 2.5% for each quarter of a year or part thereof from the date of taking the cenvat credit.
