We are dealer of Automobiles. We have received Exciseable invoice against purchase of DG Set. On bill, Excise duty amount Rs. 64,600.00 shown on bill.
Can aforesaid excise duty avail as CENVAT under service Tax liability.
And if yes, then what will be the procedure to avail?

The dealer can only pass the duty they cannot take the cenvat credit.
