24 September 2013 At the time of Manufactured goods are exciseable but at the time of removal goods are exempted from excise duty. Excise duty charged or not? If excise duty not charged then any procedure for claiming CENVAT credit or refund of excise duty?

27 September 2013 If taxable goods will be exported with payment of duty then you can claim for refund of cenvat credit.
