25 March 2013 According to my understanding, Chikki (prepared by peanut and jaggery) shall fall under chap 21 of CETA and is exempt from ED under following heading "Sweetmeats (known as 'misthans' or 'mithai' or by any other name), namkeens, bhujia, mixture, chabena and similar edible preparations in ready for consumption form, papad and jaljeera".
