03 April 2013 I have purchased a item from authorised dealer, he passed the Excise to me... I want to know whether the dealer gets credit for the excise so passed?

09 April 2013 If dealer is purchase the goods with payment of excise duty and do the export then they are entitled for rebate of excise duty.
