Whether Excise Credit is available or not when raw material was received at site or a place of a job worker?

Excise credit is available on receipt of raw material at site as per cenvat credit rules. Cenvat credit is also available to Principal Manufacturer when goods are received by job worker subject to intimation to jurisdctional AC/Dc under rule 4(5) of cenvat credit rules 2004.
