I have a query that our Co having More than 4 Branches all over India But the Exicse reg. No held at H.o So Now I wanted to Addition this number to other Branches also what's the Procedure , what Kind of Docuement reequired for this process please i am waiting for the Information please guide me

You have to submit a letter to the concernced central excise officer (where your head office is registered) alongwith proof of taking the propsed place like rental agreeemnt etc and also the plan.You have to submit the original also.
The Branch address will be incorporated in the certificate and will be returned to you.
The same has to be displayed at the propsed branch. (copy - attested by notorary is sufficient)
I am saying sorry My Question was wrong Actually Question is Our Company is holding IEC Code Now we are going to add this Number to one of our other Branch Now I requesting to evewrybody that please adhevise me what's the main Procedure for this what Kind of Docuements required for sort outing this Problem , I am waiting for here from the Desk of Experts

In case of IES, srinivas advice is perfect, the additional addresses only need to be incorporated in the existing certificate. In case of Central Excise, separate registration for various premises is required as in C Excise, a premises is registered.
