1)Reconciliation between books of accounts and returns filed
2)Whether Assesse has availed all eligible credits in return and whether disclosed in return as required.
3)whether amount paid under reversecharge if any eligible to cenvat input availed or not . . . can formulate audit programme like this depend on size of organisation
