JULY Excisable material return in AUGUST 09,2013 but duty OF THIS GOODS HAS BEEN PAID IN AUGUST 5TH 2013, BUT PARTY IS NOT PAID TO US IN JULY 2013

PLEASE CLARIFY HOW THE ENTRY OF GODDS RECEIVED
AND DUTY IS LOST IN OUR SIDE .
