DEAR SIR/MAM,
WE DEPOSITED SOME PART OF TDS FOR THE M/O MARCH 2010 IN APRIL-2010. & REST AMOUNT IN MAY 2010. BUT DUE TO AN OVERSIGHT THE TDS OF SEC-94-I. DEPOSITED AGAIN. I.E RS. 25000/- DEPOSITED IN APR-2010 & MAY ALSO
CAN THIS AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDABLE BY INCOME TAX DEPTT. IF YES HOW.

After filing the return, write a letter to the AO for refund enclosing copy of both the challan.

you can get refund also you can issue TDS certificate to releting party. he will claim it. and you can deduct from party payment by mutual under standing
