I have deposited excess amount as TDS deduction from deductees.Now what should I do to adjust the excess amount deposited as TDS payment in next months or quarters?

No problem. You may use the same challan in next Quarter ETDS return also. But the amount of utilization should not be more than what excessively available after adjusting in the previous quarterly return.
