Sir , While computing our Service tax liability as on 31-03-2012 we have taken a invoice twice and paid ST on it . What is the procedure to Claim the excess payment. Can we adjusted this excess payment to subsequent period ?

In service tax only in 4 cases self adjustment can b done... The case under which u had paid excess s.tax is not covered under any of d above 4 cases ..As such u need to ask for refund from A.O...
