Excess Leave problem in termination

19 March 2011 I was joined my article ship on October 2010 .i would like to terminate my article ship now. But i took an excess leave of 8 days.i just wanted to know whether termination is possible or any problem is there regarding excess leave?Please Help me

19 March 2011 No problems. You have to get Form 109 signed by your principal who will indicate excess leave taken by you in that form. This excess leave will either be served by you under next principal or it will be adjusted against less leave taken during next articleship period.
