19 February 2013 I HAD SUBMITTED 108 FORM IN WHICH THERE IS EXCESS LEAVE WHICH I M GOING TO SERVE UNDER NEW PRINCIPLE.TILL I HAD NOT GET MY ARTICLE COMPLETION LETTER SO I CAN NOT KNOW MY EXCESS LEAVE. CAN ANY 1 TELL ME HOW TO CALCULATE THE EXCESS LEAVE THAT IS TO BE MENTION IN FORM 103.PLZ HELP
