while preparing balance sheet in excel sheet i want to use a cell to show difference between total asset & total liabilities viz if any diff. is occured only then display as "Difference" in red filled colour , otherwise not
please let me know how should i do the same as i have seen it in a CA office

let cell A1 is total of asset and B1 is total of liabiliies =if(or(a1-b1>0,a-b1<0),a1-b1," ") font color can be selected whatever you wish from "cell format" option.
