29 August 2012 Last date of submission of examination form without late fee was 27th Aug 2012. I made payment by 27th August without late fee.
But I sent to Delhi through speed post by 29th August 2012.
Will there be any problem?
Let me know.

So, it doesn't seems to create any issue.
