I am a registered student of NIRC branch of ICAI and i am wishing to give my exams for ca final from other region ie central region. Is it possible to do so??

Yup, there r many people who go to metro cities for articles and also appear for examination from there only. One article registered under me is also doing the same process.

Someone wants to know..abt accounting course that is of short duration and have some reputation in the market so to enhance the qualification and job prospects either offered by icai or any of the institute

You can opt to write examination in which ever center you wish to write.
